Bio: Athletic Career
- European Sprint Tour 2004
- Canada Cup 2004 (2 gold, 1 silver)
- Jr. World Championship 2005 (raced doubles with Dana, the assistant coach who will join us for pool paddle)
- Pan Am Championship 2005 (3 Silver medals)
- 27 National Championship medals
- 3 National records currently standing (2 with Dana)
- Member of the National Premier Dragon Boat team (2006)
- 8 International medals
Bio: Athletic Coaching
- Coached ages 8-70 yrs old over the past 6 years, including National champion juvenille women's war canoe (2006) and various provincial and inter-provincial champions
- Coached and worked with various dragon boat teams (both club and corporate)
- Began working in DB at age 14, steering in practice for the Mojo's

- Has worked with various dragon boat crews, and works at the dragon boat clinic on weekends
- Also coaches the "Learn To Paddle" program at the Mississauga Canoe Club
